Minimum Night Stays:

Five night minimum stay during 12/16/11 - 1/3/12 and 2/17/12 - 3/25/12.
Two night minimum stay all other times.

Additional Services and Fees:

Additional guests $25 per night.
Additional housekeeping fees based on service.

General Information:

Rates and policies may change without notice. No pets allowed. One complimentary parking space per unit.

Deposits are 50% of the stay, and are charged at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days before arrival.
Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require 100% of stay on a credit card at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: 75% of deposit will be refunded. 25% handling fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations 30 days or less before arrival: NON-refundable: NO deposit refund.

Late Arrivals/ Early Departures:
Due to our destination location, Guests are responsible for full payment of the entire reserved stay. NO refunds will be given for partial stays.

Other Charges:

Credit card is required for damage/ cleaning policy.
Local phone calls are free. Long distance phone calls require a calling card.

General Policies and Other Information:

Ski season housekeeping services include:
1) Daily service includes restock of appropriate consumable items and trash emptied.
2) Midweek service (7 days stays) includes vacuum, clean bathrooms, change linens in addition to daily service.
